Nera Customer Services are delivered through well documented processes, in keeping with the Nera quality management system (ISO 9001:2000). Continuous service deliveries are agreed in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

All requests to our Technical Support Team should be directed from our web based Customer Support System.

Note! Customer Support does no longer have e-mail addresses for support issues. All requests for Technical Support must be completed on our new webpage. The access to our Service and Support web require all users to be registered and your access levels depends on your SLA agreement with Nera Networks.

If you do not have a user you may register for access to the Service and Support web. The access will be given after 1-3 working days depending on your current Service level with Nera Networks.

1. Full Name. (First, middle, last.)
2. Company Name
3. Your company “Customer number” at Nera Networks.
   The Customer number is available on all invoices sent from Nera Networks. Contact your finance department to get this information.
4. Your E-mail address for the above company
