Network Management: Powerful software tools
Nera offers two powerful tools to manage networks with ease, speed and precision: the state-of-the-art cross-platform NetMaster and Nera Element View-NMS. NetMaster is embedded in Nera's new Evolution products, and is a simple upgrade for existing Nera Element View-NMS users.
Based on Java/J2EE technology, NetMaster is scalable, platform independent and internationalised. It is the common management package for all Nera Networks transport systems.
Both tools provide full network management system capabilities via client/server solutions that deliver complete functionality to multiple users. A simple and intuitive graphical user interface makes each tool user-friendly, and allows drill down into detailed views of equipment.
Both tools manage all Nera radio elements and are equipped for mediation with CORBA, SNMP and Internet management systems. They also feature scaleable architecture and extensive database capability.
