New visual identity and web site for Eltek ASA

Drammen, 16 February 2007. Eltek ASA today launched its new visual identity and web site.

Following the merger between Eltek and Nera, the Eltek Group consists of three business areas and main operating companies – Eltek Energy, Nera Networks and Nera Telecommunications. To reflect this structure, Eltek today launched a new visual identity and web site for the parent company, Eltek ASA. The operating companies will retain their profiles and web sites.

The Group now has the following main web site addresses:

Morten Angelil, CEO of the Eltek Group, comments: We will continue to build on the strength of our well-known brand names Eltek and Nera in the market place, through the companies Eltek Energy, Nera Networks and Nera Telecommunications. However, the group structure has initiated a need to create a new visual profile and web site for the holding company, Eltek ASA – to distinguish it from the operating companies. Through the Eltek ASA web, we will aim to serve the financial community in the best possible way, while the operating companies’ sites will be customer-oriented and focus on the products and solutions we provide.

The new logo has the shape of the well-known Eltek logo as its starting point, but new colours and dimensions have been added to make up a distinct symbol that reflects a more dynamic, multi-dimensional and forward-looking Group. – Our ambition is to continue to play an active role in the restructuring of the telecom equipment industry, and our new profiling hierarchy gives us great flexibility for the time ahead. We can continue to expand our range of strong individual brands under the Eltek Group umbrella, or we can opt for stronger group endorsement and use the new logo symbol actively in connection with the operating companies, says Morten Angelil.
