MTN Cameroon has introduced a "Vendor Performance Management" process where suppliers' Delivery, Quality, Service and Code of Conduct are taken into account.
Based on these criteria the CEO of MTN Cameroon, Mr Philippe Vandebrouck, gave the award to Nera Networks. He pointed out that he normally would only hear about a supplier if there were issues or problems.
